Senior Travel Designer

Company offering extraordinary expeditionary routes in northern Tanzania, connecting guests with unscripted adventures in the Serengeti is currently recruiting for a Senior Travel Designer.
 
The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and overseeing travel consulting and management tasks.
 
While the role is based in Cape Town, flexibility for remote work is available.

Sales development
Start to finish luxury market bookings focussed on East Africa
Ensuring that all booking issues are resolved, managing all the changes and adding any developments to the booking to ensure that the client’s trip is booked and planned perfectly.
