Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day payment operations and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all treasury processes.


This is a hands-on role focused on execution, reconciliation, and operational control within a fintech environment.

  •   WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payment transactions (fiat and crypto) Monitor transaction flows and ensure timely and accurate processing Perform reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and bank accounts Investigate discrepancies and ensure proper resolution or escalation Support daily treasury operations and ensure uninterrupted business processes Analyze existing treasury and payment workflows to identify inefficiencies and manual processes Help improve, streamline, and automate operational treasury processes Translate operational issues and unstructured requests into clear workflows and str...
