Senior Turbomachinery FEA Lead

Belcan is seeking a Lead Engineer in Querétaro, México. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and eight or more years of relevant engineering experience, especially in gas turbine engines.

The successful candidate will lead projects, provide technical leadership to junior engineers, and must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include mentoring, project management, and effective communication with teams and clients.
