Senior UHT Specialist

Hartmann Young is partnered with a leading nutraceutical and specialised nutrition manufacturer to appoint a Senior UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) Specialist .

This role offers the opportunity to act as a senior technical authority within R&D, owning UHT process expertise and supporting the development, optimisation and industrialisation of specialised nutrition products in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the internal technical specialist for UHT and thermal processing technologies across the organisation
• Design, develop and optimise UHT and thermal processes , defining critical parameters to ensure product safety, quality and stability
• Support product development, adaptation and reformulation, ensuring technical and industrial feasibility
• Lead pilot trials, industrial validations and scale-up activities in close collaboration with manufacturing teams
