Senior UIUX Designer Banking

We are currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.

EXPERIENCE

• 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent area
• Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
• Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Experience with designing quality consumer products as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology (50%)
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated but also a team player with a professional presence (10%)
