Senior UIUX Designer

We need a Senior UIUX Designer who can work across our marketplaces, subscription apps, and internal tools. You'll be designing for projects, moving quickly from concepts to detailed prototypes whilst keeping everything consistent.

What We're Building Three main areas:

 Marketplaces — connecting buyers and sellers with all the complexity that entails

 Subscription apps — consumer-facing products where engagement and retention matter

 Internal tools — we're rebuilding our legacy business systems and need them to actually work well

Day-to-Day Work

 Own the UX from research through to launch

 Design mobile-first (we mean it — not just responsive afterthoughts)

 Prototype in Figma and hand off to our React developers

 Build and maintain our design system using design tokens

 Work directly with developers — you'll need to understand component architecture

 Spec animations for Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lo...
