We're looking for a 
Senior UX Designer
 in Phillip Capital to help shape both the experiences we create and the processes that drive our design team. As a key designer in the organization, you'll play a crucial role in refining our UX practices and integrating design thinking across the company and across regions.

What You'll Do:

• Be involved in developing and optimizing design workflows, creating frameworks that 
  spark design thinking
   and ensure consistency.
• Work closely with the product team to craft design strategies that align with user needs and business goals.
• Ensure the user's perspective is considered in every conversation and decision, advocating for strong UX design in cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between designers, engineers, and product teams, fostering teamwork and breaking down silos.
