About the Business
We are a UK-registered small digital marketing agency, operating primarily from the UK, with some UK–US cross-border trading.
Our activity includes:
- A UK Ltd company as the main operating entity
- US-based clients and contractors
- International B2B service transactions
- Regular reverse-charge VAT exposure
- Multi-currency payments
While this is not a large enterprise, the accounting and VAT position is not basic and requires strong judgement and cross-border experience.
