Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UKG Workforce Pro Specialist to own and oversee the implementation and ongoing management of integrations across the UKG ecosystem.

This role is the single point of accountability for UKG, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, fit-for-purpose, and delivered to agreed standards. You will act as a trusted technical authority, working closely with internal stakeholders while holding implementation partners and vendors accountable for quality, timelines, and outcomes.
