What You Will Do The Senior Underwriter, Commercial Lines, underwrites and prices new business applications, endorsements and renewals on commercial lines policies within a set binding authority to grow and maintain a profitable portfolio.

Underwrite and price new business applications, endorsements and renewals of complex nature on Commercial Lines policies within set binding authority to grow and maintain a profitable portfolio.

Maintain in-force policies and ensure all policies are issued within service standards with the appropriate wordings, schedules, and certificates attached.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with brokers by providing exceptional customer service.

Work collaboratively to support broker, claims, pricing and accounting inquires.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone inquiries, making outgoing calls, responding to emails and/or faxes as may be required.
