Tasks :

1. Ensure each file is reviewed accurately and on time by applying underwriting rules in a consistent and disciplined way
2. Take part in improving internal underwriting processes, controls and methodologies by sharing insights and working closely with colleagues
3. Handle underwriting cases within your authorized limits, evaluating risks and exposures to guarantee a high level of decision quality
4. Partner with the Group Life Reinsurance team and internal underwriters when dealing with more technical or sensitive files
5. Respect internal quality frameworks and contribute to maintaining strong compliance standards in both underwriting and reinsurance
6. Keep an eye on market practices and alert senior leaders when notable trends or competitor behaviours emerge
