Senior Underwriter

We are looking for a a highly skilled Senior Underwriter- Property & Construction- that will support the Starr Insurance Companies’ operations in Mexico City. Responsabilities Generate new business and renewal submissions for inward direct insurance from local brokers and or agents for a well-balanced and profitable Onshore Tech Lines portfolio (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Process Industries, Mining, Steel, and Pulp & Paper) and Commercial Property and Construction Insurance. Underwrite Property, Technical Lines and Construction inward direct insurance business in Mexico on the basis of delegated underwriting authority and with support from Regional Profit Centers. Cross-sell with Regional Profit Center Managers for Casualty, Financial Lines, Marine and Aviation to develop submissions on an inward direct insurance broker.
