Shift: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST




As a US IT Recruiter at NucleusTeq, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for our growing team. We are looking for self-motivated and target-driven professionals who can efficiently handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Requirements:


+ 7+ years experience in US IT Recruitment

+ Strong understanding of technical roles & hiring lifecycle

+ Hands-on experience with sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search

+ Excellent networking skills with a strong network of contractual agencies

+ Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

+ Willingness to work in US Shift
