Position: Senior RPO Recruiter

Work Arrangement: Work remotely with occasional on-site visits (every two months)

Shift: Night Shift (9pm-6am)

Position Overview:
The Senior RPO Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting leadership-level hiring in US. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding. Your role is key in delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.
