Senior User Experience Designer

We're hiring a mid-senior level UX Designer with strong CRO skills who can design and run A/B tests for ecommerce clients.

Your responsibilities - or how you'll be spending your day.

• Design high-converting UI/UX experiences using Figma.
• Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles to improve website performance.
• Plan, set up, and execute A/B tests, including defining hypotheses, variations, and success metrics.
• Analyze experiment results and recommend data-driven optimizations and next steps.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure a clear and accurate design handoff.
• Provide proactive, timely communication on project progress, test outcomes, and upcoming priorities.
