Designation: Senior UX Designer  
Experience: 5 - 7 Years  
Location: Bangalore  
Roles & Responsibilities:  
Drive the UX strategy for digital products, ensuring solutions are usable, intuitive, consistent, and delightfulwhile balancing business goals and time-to-market. Be responsible for the delivery, quality, and success of user experience for major product modules across their lifecycle, including optimization and innovation. 
Collaborate closely within an agile product team (PMs, engineers, UX peers) to deliver world-class product experiences through iterative releases. Work with business owners, engineering managers, and UX leadership to evaluate success criteria and prioritize roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term experience goals.
