**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 6 years of experience with program management within design or UX organizations.

+ Experience with UX projects and UX design, user research, or user-centered development tools and methodologies.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ Experience in maintaining design systems.

+ Experience with the product development lifecycle.
