Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Run UX research across Tether's consumer and developer products, including Keet, QVAC Workbench, and Tether Wallet 
Identify UX best practices and emerging patterns across various product categories 
Research competitors and adjacent products to identify market gaps and solution opportunities 
Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product designers and product managers 
Partner with product teams across all four pillars (Finance, Power, Data, and Education) to inform the product lifecycle 
Build and maintain a research repository to ensure insights are reusable and compound over time 
Tailor research methods—qualitative, quantitative, lightweight, or deep—to meet specific project needs
