Senior UX Researcher

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior UX Researcher to join our growing product organization in Dubai. This is a foundational role you’ll be the first dedicated UXR in the company and will have a direct impact on how we understand and serve our users across a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS platform.

As the voice of the customer you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to shape strategy, uncover insights and build delightful data‑informed user experiences. You’ll not only lead research initiatives but also establish our user research practice from the ground up including systems, processes and culture.
