Senior UX Researcher

Senior User Experience Researcher As a Senior UX Researcher, you will define and execute user research programs that directly inform product strategy and design decisions. You will work embedded within a core product area, developing subject‑matter expertise while leading exploratory, generative, and tactical research studies.

Responsibilities

Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective user‑centered research approaches — qualitative and quantitative — to solve for business needs, meet agreed‑upon objectives, and guide business areas through the appropriate UX process.

Lead exploratory and generative research studies, including discovery research that frames the problem space, identifies user needs, and gathers evidence and initial direction to define next steps.

Plan, design, and execute tactical research initiatives such as usability testing and concept testing, using moderated and unmoderated methodologies (facilitated sessions, surve...
