Senior UX/UI Research/Developer

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in UX Research
• Must have experience in user research principles, methodologies and deliverables including Design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows
• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in designing quantitative research, data leveraging from CSAT, Surveys, and Analytics to triangulate findings
• Ability to apply user insights using analytics reports to map to UX research and story telling
• Must have Experience in Google Analytics or equivalent
• Must have Experience in SQL, Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI
• Experience in design and prototyping tools – Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech Teams and Business partners
