The **Senior Validation Engineer** oversees the qualification of new products and participates in sustaining activities around the existing products.

**What you’ll do:**

**Qualification**

+ Prepare and plan validation activities, including test strategies, schedules, and test setups.
+ Execute and supervise product qualification tests in collaboration with Eaton R&D teams and internal/external laboratories.
+ Read and analyze electrical and electronic schematics, and perform measurements using oscilloscopes, power meters, and other test equipment.
