Position : Senior Valuation Analyst

Job Qualifications:

• MUST BE A Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Real Estate Valuation / Appraisal

With some experience of the following:

• Managing or leading small teams
• Working in collaboration with other departments
• Client Interaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
• Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
