Overview

Senior Ecologist (Project & Practice Leadership). Millennium EMS Solutions is seeking a Senior Ecologist to provide technical leadership, project accountability, and mentorship within our Biophysical Services team. This is a senior level consulting role for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of technical excellence, project delivery, and people leadership.

The successful candidate will act as a fully accountable Project Manager and technical lead, guiding complex environmental projects from proposal through execution, while mentoring staff and contributing to the strategic growth of the biophysical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large, multi disciplinary environmental projects with full accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Serve as a trusted technical and regulatory advisor to clients across energy, infrastructure, and resource sectors.
