Senior Venture Capital Counsel

Jameson Legal is working with a highly reputed and significant entity based in Saudi Arabia. The company has a very well-established legal department that is going through an exciting growth project. As part of this growth curve the Corporate department is looking to bring in a Senior Counsel with a specialism in Venture Capital.

The ideal candidate will possess a substantial track record as a Venture Capital lawyer, having developed their knowledge of VC investments including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of transactions.

The successful individual will have a minimum of five years post qualification experience gained in an international law firm and experience gained in-house would be desirable though not essential.
