Job Description:

The role of a Senior Client Integration Manager involves overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects. The successful candidate will lead virtual project teams tasked with managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support.

Key responsibilities include participating in marketing and sales pitches; effectively communicating company workflows, best practices and technologies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage requested Proof of Concepts for sales pitches, coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows meet client needs, document project scope at planning phases and participate in departmental and company-wide projects.
