This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative production and performance advertising.

Your primary focus will be producing and refining compelling short-form video creatives optimized for paid social campaigns that drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record editing video ads for reputable U.S. DTC brands, understands how storytelling and pacing influence performance, and can work efficiently to produce multiple ad variations that maintain visual impact and brand alignment.
