Senior Video Systems Engineer

**Stryker** is seeking to hire a **Senior Video** **Systems Engineer** as part of our Endoscopy Business. In this role, you will help define and deliver innovative, clinically meaningful surgical visualization and operating room integration solutions. Working cross-functionally with R&D, UX, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams, you will translate product vision into system-level video requirements, architectures, and interfaces—ensuring alignment across hardware, software, and platform constraints to deliver high-quality medical video systems. This position may be onsite or hybrid based on business needs.

**Workplace flexibility** : Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to either San Jose, CA or Flower Mound, TX but is expected to be onsite at the facility multiple times per week.
