Senior Visual Merchandising Executive SEA

The Role The Senior Visual Merchandising Executive supports the expression of the Charlotte Tilbury brand across Southeast Asia and India. This role is responsible for executing regional VM plans, adapting global guidelines, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring consistent on-counter excellence across all retail touchpoints. Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager SEA, this position plays a key role in campaign execution, planogram creation, store openings, and day-to-day VM operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to collaborate across teams and markets in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Senior Store Design & VM Manager SEA and partners regularly with the Global and APAC VM teams.
