Senior Warehouse Operations Lead (eWMS Rollout)

Responsible on eWMS/WMS rollout and stabilization.

Serve as the Operations representative in project governance and maintain tight day-to-day alignment with the project team.

Translate warehouse process needs into system requirements; validate functional process and change requests.

Maintain the operations workstream, ensure risks or issue are highlighted and have mitigation plans.

Track business readiness plan and deliverables (SOPs, training, roles, permissions, data, go or not go criteria)

Own the end-to-end UAT strategy, scope and entry or exit criteria covering put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting and integrations (TMS, SAP).

Develop and prioritize test scenarios and scripts with super-users and process owners. ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and defects.
