 Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers
 Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely action to the customer
 Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full both of inbound & outbound cycles are done in using safe practices
 Manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing
 Prepare and control inbound & outbound performance analysis for the warehouse staff
 Insure KPIs are met for both of IN and OUT shipments
 Assist ad hoc project as assigned
  Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, materials, and equipment.
