Senior Wayfinding Designer - Onsite/Day Shift (AU hours)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Wayfinding Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional wayfinding experience. This role is suited to someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate confidently with an international studio team.

Key Responsibilities

Wayfinding Strategy & Planning

• Lead the development of wayfinding strategies for luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and large-scale precincts
• Analyze architectural drawings to understand user journeys, movement patterns, and decision points
• Define sign locations, sign types, hierarchies, and messaging logic
• Accurately plot sign locations on architectural plans
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and strategic discussions
