Foundational Skillset

• English Proficiency: C level or better. This is mandatory. (if you work hard, are a nice person, and strive to communicate well, a high B level wouldnt be a deal breaker)
• Frontend Development: Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Familiarity with the Bootstrap framework is a must.
• Backend Integration: Basic understanding of backend API integrations to connect frontend designs with functional services.
• WordPress: Familiarity with implementing and customizing WordPress sites for both internal use and occasional client projects.
• Version Control: Experience using Git (preferably Gitea) for collaborative development.
• Debugging and Optimization: Ability to write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Linux Command Line: Basic Linux knowledge to run and troubleshoot commands for build processes.
