Job Description

                    Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable MERN stack applications. 
Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices. 
Review code, enforce quality standards, and ensure performance optimization. 
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers. 
Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services. 
Handle authentication, authorization, security, and data protection. 
Implement asynchronous request handling and performance optimization. 
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize  applications. 
Develop responsive, reusable UI components using  
Work with Hooks, Redux, Context API, and modern React patterns. 
Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional interfaces. 
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. 
Design schemas and manage collections in MongoDB.
