Job Description

• Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines.
• Execute periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and mechanical inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and escape any abnormalities or recurring faults to the technical team for resolution.
• Maintain Ink-Water Balance During Production: Continuously monitor and fine-tune ink and dampening systems to maintain ideal ink-water balance; prevent scumming, toning, or emulsification; ensure consistent print clarity, sharpness, and color fidelity throughout the production cycle.
