Job Description

• Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines
• Execute periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and mechanical inspections. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and escalate any abnormalities or recurring faults to the technical team for resolution.
• Maintain Ink‑Water Balance During Production
• Continuously monitor and fine‑tune ink and dampening systems to maintain the ideal ink‑water balance. Prevent issues such as scumming, toning, or emulsification. Ensure consistent print clarity, sharpness, and color fidelity throughout the production cycle.
