As a welding engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing welding processes in our high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
- Develop and optimize various types of welding processes (spot, MIG, TIG, laser, resistance).
- Troubleshoot welding issues and drive corrective actions to ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949) and industry best practices.
- Support new product launches by collaborating with production teams to implement efficient weld process strategies.
