Senior Well Planning & Geomechanics Lead

Crescent Petroleum is looking for a Lead Well Planning and Operations Geologist in Sharjah to oversee subsurface inputs for well design and operations across various well types.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of industry experience, preferably with international operators, and expertise in well planning and operational geology. Responsibilities include leading well trajectory designs, conducting data quality assurance, and mentoring junior staff.
