Job Title: Senior Workforce Manager

Work Setup & Schedule: On-site | Night Shift

• Workforce Manager with a Bachelor's Degree (Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Finance is a strong bonus) or 3-5 years of experience in workforce operations management with client or senior management interaction.
• Specializes in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, end-to-end WFM processes, reporting, scheduling, and acts as an escalation point between the Central Planning Team and Operations
• Extensive workforce management experience, proficient in arithmetic and statistical concepts, and strong logical ability. Optimizes staffing, occupancy, and resources for peak service levels and cost efficiency.
• Takes ownership, collaborates with the operations team, and drives continuous improvement through strategic planning and execution oversight.
