Job Description
Job Title: Senior Workforce Manager
Work Setup & Schedule: On-site | Night Shift
Workforce Manager with a Bachelor's Degree (Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Finance is a strong bonus) or 3-5 years of experience in workforce operations management with client or senior management interaction.
Specializes in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, end-to-end WFM processes, reporting, scheduling, and acts as an escalation point between the Central Planning Team and Operations
Extensive workforce management experience, proficient in arithmetic and statistical concepts, and strong logical ability. Optimizes staffing, occupancy, and resources for peak service levels and cost efficiency.
Takes ownership, collaborates with the operations team, and drives continuous improvement through strategic planning and execution oversight.
