To support best‑in‑class operations and maximise asset value, they are seeking an experienced Wind O&M Consultant with a strong background in WTG asset management and maintenance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Wind Project – O&M Strategy and Contract Management:

• Develop and continuously improve a comprehensive Wind Operations & Maintenance strategy to maximise WTG output, availability and lifetime in line with Good Wind Farm Operations Practice.
• Lead WTG asset management activities, including maintenance philosophies (corrective, preventive, predictive), long‑term life‑extension strategies, and optimisation of inspection and condition‑monitoring regimes.
