Senior Wireless Engineer – MRO ICT C&SI

Job Description:

• Provide technical support in fault management, configuration, performance, and security management for Wireless Network Elements (2G/3G/LTE/5G)
• Accurately assess fault complexity and coordinate multi-domain troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues to the Huawei Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or vendor experts as required.
• Collaborate with cross-domain teams (Wireless, IP, Transport/DWDM, and RF) to ensure efficient fault resolution, performance optimization, and network stability.
• Ensure all activities comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and resolve incidents and customer complaints escalated from Front Office (1st line) engineers.
• Develop and execute restoration plans during critical or major network incidents.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance and fault analysis reports (weekly, monthly) with trend insights and recommendations....
