What Will You Do:

As a Senior WorkCare Claims Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting DHL’s WorkCare team by managing complex claims, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality injury management services. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, injured workers, treatment providers and external specialists, while driving best‑practice outcomes across the entire claims lifecycle.
