This role coordinates and implements the Amazon Global Safety Program under safety leadership guidance, promoting a positive safety culture while ensuring compliance with Amazon safety standards. The position involves building safety programs, conducting training, and coaching associates on workplace safety practices.

The SWHSS must communicate clearly and consistently in both verbal and written forms. The role involves training operations leaders and WHS team members in Amazon policies and procedures, while helping operations teams implement these standards at their sites.
