As a core member of our workplace consulting group, you will partner with clients across industries to deeply understand their ways of working - from hybrid work models and flow patterns to collaboration behaviours and space utilisation - and translate those insights into strategic, evidence-based space recommendations. You’ll help clients make confident decisions before design and fitout, ensure every square metre drives productivity, and shape workplaces that support both people and business outcomes.
