As a Senior Youth Worker, you’ll step into a key role within our 24/7 supported accommodation service, guiding the team to deliver high-quality, youth-centred support while creating a safe and empowering environment for young people. You’ll play a vital role in helping them build life skills, develop independence and transition confidently into the community.

Shift work is involved as part of ensuring consistent, responsive support within the service.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover until 20 December 2026.
