Overview

We are hiring a high-level Video Editor & Creative Partner to help take an established YouTube channel (with ~3M subscribers) into its next phase of growth.

We are looking for an editor with excellent creative judgment, strong storytelling instincts, and a high standard for polish—someone who can take ownership of long‑form YouTube content and consistently elevate it over time.

You will work closely with the creator (a Doctor of Physical Therapy) to produce calm, authoritative, and highly watchable educational videos in the health, fitness, mobility, and pain‑relief space.

What You’ll Be Editing

On average per month:

• 4–5 long‑form YouTube videos (8–14 minutes)
• 4 short‑form clips (≤25 seconds) derived from long‑form content
