Senior/Architectural Executive

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize concept and schematic design;
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance;
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal;
• Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification;
• Competent in authority requirements and code compliance
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor;
• Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue;
• Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact;
• Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal;
• Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project
Requirements:
• Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore.
