Overview

• Conceptualize concept and schematic design
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal
• Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification
• Competent in authority requirements and code compliance
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor
• Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue
• Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact
• Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal
• Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project

Qualifications

• Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore.
