Job Summary: Test development, troubleshooting, and yield improvement initiatives, while supporting new product introduction (NPI) and ensuring robust, cost-effective test solutions.
Job Description: Develop, debug, and optimize test programs for semiconductor systems and modules Design, maintain, and improve test setups, fixtures, and automated test systems Create and review test plans, procedures, and specifications Perform and coordinate test fixture preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities Analyze test data to identify yield trends and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions Troubleshoot test failures involving electrical, mechanical, vacuum, gas, or software-related issues Support NPI, product qualification, validation, and test correlation activities with customers Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Process, Quality, and Product Engineering teams Drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce test time, and optimize cost Train, mentor, and lead test tec...
